Buyers: My long standing experience in the city & in real estate allows me to refine the search process by addressing key questions like gotta-have and nice-to-have features – ranging from proximity to transit, schools, health care, highways to home features like parking, # of bedrooms, space for hobbies in the home, etc. There are so many things to consider! I also will coach you along the way on how to approach your offer – including the best way to craft the offer for successful acceptance.
Sellers: Selling your home is stressful! There’s a balancing act between what you want for your home vs what your home is worth in the current market. I am here to help you through that. As a full time realtor for over 33 years in Toronto I know what’s happening, what’s trending. I’ve seen it all! I’ll provide you with realistic expectations and I’ll get your home ship shape for optimal sale price.
My Story
Graham began his sights on a career in Real Estate after purchasing his first home in Toronto at the age of 19. Within short order, Graham realised he had a passion for Real Estate that went beyond home ownership and he became a full time realtor in 1985. With over 30 years of experience in the Toronto market, Graham brings thoughtful expertise to all facets of real estate buyer and seller. From young couples looking for their first home within which to raise their family, to those looking to upsize, as well as helping investors and developers with commercial and infill residential complexes.
